We employ and contract with people and other entities that perform certain tasks on our behalf and who are under our control (our “Agents”). We may need to share personal information with our Agents in order to provide products or services to you. By using our Services and submitting requests, you agree to have your information processed by OpenAI's API. OpenAI's API is developed and maintained by OpenAI Inc., and any information you provide when using our Services may be transferred and processed by OpenAI for the purpose of providing their services to us.
